We're looking for an Innovation Officer who is curious, commercially minded and passionate about finding better ways of doing things.

This is a unique opportunity to work across our business and help deliver projects that improve productivity, support sustainability and create lasting business value. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer – Pastoral & Livestock, you'll help identify opportunities, drive innovation projects and turn great ideas into real-world outcomes. This role is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

‍ How You'll Make an Impact:
- Drive projects that improve productivity, efficiency and businessperformance.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies, systems and ways of working.
- Coordinate innovation initiatives from idea through to implementation.
- Support sustainability projects, emissions measurement and reporting activities.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement.




- Secure and manage grant and co-funding opportunities.
- Build robust relationships with industry partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making. ‍

skills & Qualifications You are naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about driving continuous improvement. You enjoy working across diverse teams and canbalance strategic thinking with practical execution.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- A tertiary qualification in agriculture, science, commerce or a related field.
- Experience ininnovation, project management, business improvement or a similar role.
- Exposure toagriculture, food production or agribusiness.
- Strong analytical and project management capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
