This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a practical, solutions-focused approach, strong organisational skills and an interest in interior design and furniture, who enjoys managing multiple priorities and seeing projects through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, schedules, deliverables and key dates to ensure projects progress efficiently and deadlines are met.

- Procurement & Approvals: Coordinate client approvals, variations and purchase orders, liaising with local and international suppliers to manage orders through production and quality control.
- Freight & Delivery: Coordinate freight, warehousing and delivery arrangements to ensure furniture arrives onsite as scheduled.
- Installation & Handover: Coordinate installation teams, builders, contractors and site contacts, resolving delivery and installation issues through to final inspection and handover.
- Budget & Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate project files, budgets, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and delivery schedules, tracking costs against project budgets.
- Client & Supplier Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing updates and proactively resolving issues.
What we're looking for
- Relevant industry experience in project coordination, interior design, furniture procurement, construction or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy across specifications, quantities, finishes, orders and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
- Procurement and supplier coordination experience, including purchase orders, lead times, deliveries and cost tracking.
- Budget management skills and the ability to monitor project costs and identify discrepancies.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
