You'll be joining an established national D&C; business specialising in commercial office and workplace fit-outs, with a new open-plan office in Melbourne's CBD.

Projects typically range from $1m to $10m, and you'll work as part of an established estimating team alongside the wider pre-construction and delivery teams, from early pricing through to tender submission and handover.

With almost 100 staff nationally, including around 20 in Victoria, the business has an established presence across Australia and NZ.

The business is privately owned by one Director, whose vision is to leave a lasting legacy: a great place to work and a business that creates amazing fit-outs. That vision is reflected in the fun, collaborative office setting. The team regularly gets together for lunches,



celebrates project wins and comes together nationally for an annual company conference.

With a strong pipeline of work and plenty happening in Melbourne, it's a good time to join the business.

To be considered, you'll need commercial construction estimating experience with a head contractor. Office and workplace fit-out experience is a bonus, but not essential.

The salary ranges from $140k to $180k super, depending on your level and experience.
