This pivotal role will develop and deliver effective internal and corporate communications strategies and engagement programs that shape and strengthen the company's messaging. Working closely with Marketing, People and Culture, and stakeholders across the wider business, you'll help ensure communications are clear, consistent, and engaging.

This is an eight-month contract with an immediate start

What you'll do

- Develop and deliver the annual internal communications strategy and program.

- Partner with TechnologyOne leaders and executives to deliver clear, consistent and engaging internal communications.

- Develop multi-channel communication plans aligned to corporate messaging and business priorities.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Monitor and report on communication initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team aligned to our culture and values.

- Drive a proactive, innovative and solutions-focused culture.

- Continuously review systems, processes and costs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Talents…
- Strong verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging communications for different audiences.

- Proven success in B2B technology marketing or communications.

- Degree qualified in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline

- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with senior stakeholders.
