/n We're looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join the Launceston team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating warehouse activities and helping ensure the smooth running of daily operations./n

/n

/n This position would suit someone from an internal sales, trade counter, customer service, warehouse, stores or industrial supply background who enjoys working with people and being part of a close-knit team./n

/n

Key Responsibilities/n

/n

/n /n

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face

/n

- Process customer orders, quotations and enquiries

/n

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods

/n

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

/n

- Assist with warehouse and store operations

/n

- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding orders and deliveries

/n

- Support the wider team with general administration and sales activities

/n

About You/n /n

- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, trade counter sales or a similar role





/n

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills

/n

- Good computer literacy and attention to detail

/n

- Experience with inventory, stock control or warehouse processes is highly regarded

/n

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn

/n Desirable Experience/n /n

- Industrial, engineering, manufacturing, welding, plumbing, electrical or trade supply industry experience

/n

- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

/n

- ERP or inventory management system experience
