We are looking for an IT Support Engineer/IT Technician to join our growing team. This role is open to all experience levels, from those starting their IT career through to experienced engineers looking for a diverse technical role.

The Role

You will be working across a wide range of client environments, providing technical support and assisting with infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for:

- Providing technical support to clients remotely and onsite

- Troubleshooting hardware, software, server and networking issues

- Supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

- Managing users and permissions

- Monitoring systems and responding to alerts

- Assisting with IT projects, migrations and upgrades

- Maintaining support tickets and documentation

Skills & Experience

We welcome candidates at all stages of their IT career,



from those starting out to experienced engineers.

You may have

- A strong interest in IT and technology

- Experience supporting business IT environments

- Microsoft 365 and networking knowledge

- Experience with servers, cloud or virtualisation

- Experience in an MSP environment
