The successful candidate will lead a team of IT support professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

- Oversee the resolution of technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Collaborate with other departments to align IT support with business objectives.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to inform team practices.

- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of IT support staff.
