Lead a portfolio of internal technology projects that shape how Deloitte teams work across the firm.

Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters The Project Manager (PM) position exists to support the Project Delivery Group (PDG) and its stakeholders in achieving Deloitte’s objectives of delivering successful internal technology projects, from initiation through to delivery, within agreed timeframes, budget and scope.

What will your typical day look like?

As the Project Manager, you will:

Manage multiple projects concurrently across a varied portfolio

Work with stakeholders to define the solution, benefits, scope and value of each project

Plan and define timelines, resource requirements, and manage risks and issues throughout delivery

Use AI and other tools/technologies to improve the speed, quality and insight of project planning, reporting, risk analysis and delivery — and actively champion these ways of working within the team

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors

Manage Project Board meetings, reporting and escalations

Manage project budgets, including tracking spend against forecast

Prepare for project reviews and delivery assurance

Compile project reporting as required

About the team The Project Delivery Group (PDG), part of IT Services, is responsible for delivering major technology initiatives for Deloitte internally, from a varied portfolio of projects across the firm. You’ll work closely with other Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA testers, Architects, technical SMEs, Portfolio Delivery Leads and other technology leaders across ITS and the wider firm.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

5+ years' experience in IT project management, including managing multiple projects concurrently

Strong experience delivering projects across scope, budget, timelines, risks and governance requirements

Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including Partners, Firm Executives, vendors and cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and build trusted business relationships

Experience using AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting or decision-making

Working knowledge of PMBOK, Agile delivery, or both A practical, curious approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement A degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or a related field is helpful
