About Us

We are seeking candidates for a Japanese Speaking - Sales Representative position on behalf of our client, a well-established wholesale company located in Perth.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will be based in Perth and work closely with both customers and internal teams to support daily business operations.

A company vehicle is provided, and a valid Australian driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's products by applying your product knowledge and understanding of client needs to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Visit clients and engage in field sales activities to identify current business opportunities while representing the company professionally.




- Track individual sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare sales reports, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights on customer trends and market opportunities.

Your Profile

- Japanese-speaking ability and business-level communication skills in English skills are required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to develop a career in sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and well organised.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Flexible and hands-on approach to work.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or candidates with full work rights in Australia (including Temporary Partner Visa holders) are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Australian driver's licence required.
