About the role

Lulu co is seeking a Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Maroochydore, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our customer experience, showcasing our beautiful jewellery collections and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Jewellery Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism, understanding their needs and preferences
- Presenting and demonstrating jewellery products, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and value propositions
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining detailed product knowledge across our entire jewellery range, including materials, design, and pricing
- Providing expert styling advice and recommendations to help customers find the perfect pieces
- Handling jewellery with care, ensuring proper display and storage standards are maintained
- Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive, organised store environment
- Processing customer inquiries, special orders, and after-sales services such as cleaning and repairs
- Supporting inventory management and stock control procedures
- Achieving individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within jewellery, luxury goods, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers




- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required
- A qualified appearance and natural aptitude for building customer rapport
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify and care for delicate jewellery products
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training will be provided)
- A passion for jewellery and fashion trends is highly desirable
- Willingness to undertake product training and professional development
