Role 1: PPC Specialist

Reporting directly to the Performance Director, you’ll run paid performance campaigns for a range of WA brands, owning them hands-on from strategy through to optimisation and reporting.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit and more

- Turn client goals into campaigns that deliver measurable results

- Monitor performance and translate data into clear recommendations and client-ready reporting

- Work with our digital strategists and content production team to keep campaigns forever improving

- Be a trusted voice for clients, whether they’re a business owner or a marketing manager

What you’ll bring

- 3 years’ hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns (agency or client-side, both welcome)

- Google Ads experience is an absolute must

- Experience across multiple social ad platforms, not just Meta

- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager is highly regarded

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal





- Solid organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- A proactive, can-do attitude

- AI proficiency highly regarded. Particularly for use in building landing pages, reporting dashboards, troubleshooting tech issues etc.

Role 2: Social Media Content Producer / Videographer

Join our in-house video production team and create scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Meta, TVCs and everything in between. Whether you’re a social-first content producer or a professional videographer, we want to see your work.

What you’ll do

- Plan, shoot and edit video content for TikTok, Meta, TVCs, websites and more

- Work with our strategists and paid media team to produce creative that performs

- Collaborate with our designers and content team on campaigns from concept to delivery

- Help bring client brands to life across social and advertising channels

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in social media content production or professional videography

- Strong video shooting and editing skills

- Photography and graphic design skills are highly sought after
- A good understanding of what works on TikTok and social platforms
- A creative eye, a proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- A current driver’s licence
- A portfolio or showreel (see “How to apply”)
