Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Trainee to work closely with two experienced agents who are passionate about providing hands-on training and mentoring.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone junior who is eager to learn, build their confidence and establish a long-term career in real estate sales. The Role

- Supporting two experienced agents with day-to-day sales activities
- Attending open homes and assisting with property inspections
- Managing and maintaining the sales database
- Conducting warm and cold calls to prospective clients




- Building relationships with buyers, vendors and local homeowners
- Assisting with prospecting and lead generation
- Learning the sales process from experienced industry professionals
- Providing general administrative and sales support

The Ideal Candidate

- Holds a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Has a reliable car and valid driver's licence
- Passionate about building a career in real estate sales
- Confident communicator with a positive, outgoing personality
- Motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Solid work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed
- Comfortable making calls and building relationships
- Available to work Saturdays with a day off during the week
- No extensive sales experience required – attitude and willingness to learn are key!
