/n Position Summary /n Join a manufacturing company as a key member of the Sales team, responsible for the management of key industrial accounts to maintain long term relationships with customers, driving sales activities and acquiring current business. /n /n General Functions and Tasks /n /n /n

- Build long term relationship with customer

/n

- Provide sales & strategy leadership for specific account(s)

/n

- Develop and maintain strategies and opportunities

/n

- Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections

/n

- Coordinate and leverage resources to present “One face to the customer” to provide complete customer satisfaction

/n

- Lead formulation and execution of sales strategy

/n

- Negotiate pricing adjustments

/n

- Maintain general and project specific communication links with colleagues internally and within other territories

/n

- Drive sales of new products and applications at assigned accounts

/n

- Create and deploy new product and application sales tools, including success stories, customer presentations, installation lists, ROI calculations and sample proposals

/n

- Provide business analysis including trend data, customer retention and development and other activities as required

/n

- Create and maintain customer profile and SWOT for assigned accounts including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts,



and other information as needed

/n

- Interface with sales management and services team to ensure capture of all potential product sales

/n

- Cultivate relationship with senior management and decision makers in the assigned market or account(s)

/n

- Draw on available resources as needed to achieve regional, market, product, or account specific objectives

/n

- Contribute best practice concepts from customers and counterparts within Mackay

/n /n /n Skills & Attributes /n /n /n

- Mechanical Engineering degree or Trade Certificate (advantageous)

/n

- Experience in key account management / territory sales

/n

- 2 years’ Experience with Blackwoods / Motion APAC / Bunnings accounts (advantageous)

/n

- Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar role desired

/n

- Proficient in Microsoft office

/n

- Excellent Interpersonal skills including communication and negotiation skills,

/n

- Be highly motivated, self-starting individual with ability to work within a team or autonomously

/n

- Ability to effectively interreact & develop relationships
