About the Role

- Position: Casual employment
- Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals for guests.
- Assist with food prep, dishwashing, and full kitchen cleanup post-service.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Support stock control, ingredient prep, and general kitchen operations.
- Work seamlessly alongside both kitchen and front-of-house staff.

About You





- Prior experience as a cook or kitchen hand in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Positive, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
