Murphy's Irish Pub is seeking a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and works well as part of a team.

About Us

Murphy's Irish Pub is one of Mandurah's busiest hospitality venues, offering quality food, live entertainment, function facilities, our SkyBar rooftop venue and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

Duties Include

- Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Waste removal and recycling
- Cleaning floors, cool rooms and food preparation areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures
- General kitchen support duties as directed

- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality experience desirable but not essential
