About us A family meat processing business operating out of Tatura for over 40 years.

We are a respected supplier of red meat products to local butcher shops and major Australian supermarkets. We have attained export accreditation and have built a book of strong orders to the USA, Korea, UAE and Pacific Islands.

We are looking for at least ten reliable people across a range of positions to join our team for an immediate start and our current coldstore has considerably increased our holding capacity for growth. We are moving forward well with our existing team and it is an exciting time as we grow into international markets.

Positions include

Small Stock Slaughtering / Small stock Boning & Butchering (Ovine/Lamb)

Breaking and De-boning portions and primal cuts to required specifications.

Product and Carton Labelling

Packing and weighing of meat and meat products.

No experience required with on the job training provided for the right applicants. A commitment to learning, teamwork and product safety is essential. Working hours from 6am Monday to Friday at above award rates of pay.
