We are on the lookout for an experienced Landscape Maintenance/Handyman to join our maintenance partner team; City to Sea Landscapes. You will be part of a team that helps to create and maintain beautiful outdoor areas that inspire and delight the children in our care!

About the role:

- Regular maintenance of garden areas, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and mulching.

- Ensuring all outdoor areas are safe and compliant with childcare regulations.

- Being responsible for street presentation of the building, landscape surrounds, and car park.

- Monitoring plant health and implementing pest control measures as needed.

- Assisting with general landscape maintenance tasks, including minor carpentry, painting and irrigation.

- Working to a program for proactive scheduled maintenance.

- Reporting completed works via our app on completion of each service.

A little about you:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Landscape maintenance and multi task Handy person type role. (childcare or educational setting desirable, but not essential)





- Current manual drivers licence and blue card, or ability to obtain one.

- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation with good problem solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces

- Understanding of safety requirements in childcare environments (training ongoing).

- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive
