$80,000 to $100,000 + super - Full time - Morningside, Brisbane

Tired of production-line landscaping, or stuck doing maintenance when you want to build? This is a chance to join a small, high-end residential design and construct business where quality comes first and your work actually gets noticed.

Our client designs and builds premium residential landscapes across Brisbane's inner east. Most projects sit within about 10km of Morningside, so you spend your day building, not sitting in traffic. With an in-house landscape architect on the team, you'll be bringing considered, well-designed projects to life from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

- Building high-end residential landscapes from set out through to handover

- Hardscape works including paving, walls and structural elements

- Softscape works including soil preparation, planting and turf

- Installing irrigation, drainage and landscape lighting

- Working from plans produced by the in-house landscape architect

- Helping guide and train a newer team member on site

- Keeping every site clean, tidy and well presented for clients

- Fuel card, then working toward a vehicle

- Monday to Friday, typically 7am to 3:30pm, with some flexibility around project scheduling

Requirements

What you'll bring

- Cert III in Landscape Construction, or solid equivalent trade experience
- A genuine landscape construction background covering both hard and softscape (this is a construction role, not maintenance)

- Experience with irrigation, drainage or lighting is highly regarded
- A practical, problem-solving approach and a strong eye for detail and design

- Valuable communication skills and a service mindset, as you'll be working on clients' homes

- Good physical fitness

- Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
