The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated lawyer to join our busy Perth recoveries team on a full-time basis.

Working with experienced lawyers, you will receive training and support tailored to your experience, giving you the opportunity to:

- manage a caseload of recovery matters, determining appropriate strategies and progressing each file towards resolution
- participate in negotiations and court proceedings
- provide ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the course of their matters
- collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and efficient case handling
- maintain and enhance our strong, established client relationships by communicating promptly, managing expectations and delivering excellent service focused on the best possible outcomes.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current Western Australian practising certificate
- a willingness and ability to learn and develop in the role




- the initiative to progress matters and seek feedback when needed
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a cooperative approach and a commitment to providing excellent client service
- the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in litigation, recoveries or insurance matters is welcome but not required.
