Key responsibilities
- Run re-roof jobs from site setup through to handover
- Lead and organise a small crew each day
- Keep jobs on schedule without cutting corners on quality
- Make sure edge protection, scaffold and site safety are right before anyone goes up
- Be the main point of contact on site for the office and the customer
About you
- Proven residential re-roofing experience (tile to metal, metal to metal)
- Experience leading a crew, or ready to step up into it
- Fast and high quality work. We need both.
- You lead by example and look after your crew. You bring people with you, you don’t push them.
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Working at Heights ticket (or willing to get one)
