About the role A hands-on Leading Hand role to run a small production crew. This is an on-the-tools role: you'll be working on the floor every day, not watching from an office.

Key responsibilities

- Assemble Rapid Rise stair modules from pre-cut components
- Operate saws and workshop equipment
- Pack completed stairs and prepare them for dispatch
- Lead a crew of 2-3, setting the pace and keeping the day's work on track
- Train new starters into the Rapid Rise production process
- Report to the Production Manager

About you

- Proven experience leading a small crew in a workshop, factory, trade or similar hands-on environment
- Reliable, physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Someone who sets the standard: good habits, safe work, and the patience to bring current people up to speed
- No trade qualification or tickets required
