Role Description The Leasing Agent role is a full time, on-site position based in Newstead, QLD.

This role is responsible for managing the leasing process for commercial properties, including advertising vacancies, conducting property inspections, and coordinating lease negotiations.

The Leasing Agent will liaise with existing and prospective tenants, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records of lease agreements and property details.

Daily responsibilities include working closely with property owners,



supporting property management activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

The role also involves preparing documentation, assisting with market research, and contributing to leasing strategies that support the agency’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong lease-related skills, including experience with leases and lease administration.
- Knowledge of property operations, ideally with exposure to property management and commercial leasing.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service and client relationship management.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment; prior real estate or leasing experience is an advantage.
