One Group Realty is seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and delivering excellent service to rental providers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct open homes, private inspections and manage rental enquiries.

- Process rental applications, conduct reference checks and prepare lease agreements.

- Coordinate property advertising, tenant approvals and key handovers.

- Assist with completing entry condition reports for new tenancies.

- Liaise with rental providers, prospective tenants and property managers.

- Follow up on applications and provide timely updates to all parties.

- Ensure rental listings are accurate and properties are ready for inspections.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure leasing documentation is completed correctly.





- Assist the property management team with general administrative tasks as required.

About You

- Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential).

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Possess strong organisational and time management abilities.

- Have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

- Previous experience in leasing or residential real estate is highly regarded.

Working Days

This is a full-time position, with Tuesdays off each week. The successful candidate will work the remaining weekdays and Saturdays to accommodate property inspections.
