Leasing Consultant | Build to Rent

Living Sectors Recruitment is recruiting a Leasing Consultant for a Build to Rent residential community in Brisbane.

Build to Rent brings leasing and resident service together within one professionally managed community. You’ll help prospective residents find their next home, guide them through the application and move-in process, and build relationships that encourage them to stay.

Working closely with the Leasing Manager and General Manager, you’ll have clear leasing targets and support from an onsite team.

What you’ll be doing

- Responding to enquiries, following up leads and managing the leasing pipeline.
- Conducting apartment inspections and building tours, explaining the homes, amenities and benefits of Build to Rent.
- Processing applications, completing relevant checks and preparing lease documentation.
- Keeping property listings, advertising and CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Supporting occupancy and rental targets while minimising vacancy periods.
- Monitoring competing properties, rents and incentives to inform leasing activity.
- Working with the resident experience team to support move-ins, renewals and resident retention.
- Reporting on enquiries, inspections,



applications and leasing outcomes.

About you You may already work in residential leasing or property management and want to move into Build to Rent. Previous BTR experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for someone who follows through on enquiries, enjoys meeting people and understands how good service contributes to leasing results.

You’ll bring

- Relevant residential leasing or property management experience.
- Strong communication skills and confidence conducting inspections.
- An organised approach to applications, documentation and follow-up.
- A focus on conversion, occupancy and meeting agreed targets.
- The relevant Queensland real estate registration or licence required for the role.
- Valid Australian working rights and willingness to complete a National Police Check.

The role requires flexibility to work rostered Saturdays and some hours outside the standard working day, including occasional resident events. Interested?
