About you:
You will likely bring
- Approximately 2-4 years' PQE gained in-house and/or private practice.
- A strong background in technology, digital platforms, IT, software, or technology-related commercial contracting.
- Experience advising on technology transactions and commercial legal issues in a business-facing role.
- Exposure to privacy law and compliance, with the confidence to support privacy initiatives and advise on day-to-day privacy matters.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a broader legal team.
- Experience gained predominantly in an in-house environment or outside a traditional law firm setting will be highly regarded.
