We are seeking a professional, dynamic and proactive individual to join our friendly and cooperative team at HLB Lawyers.

This is a varied position combining office administration, reception and legal support, ideal for someone with a legal or professional services background who enjoys responsibility and thrives in a busy professional environment.

As a key point of contact for our clients, you will deliver a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential support to the Directors and broader legal team.

Your Responsibilities

- Managing reception and delivering exceptional client service
- Liaising professionally with clients, Counsel, courts and external stakeholders
- Coordinating AML/CTF compliance, client onboarding, management systems and administrative processes
- Admin and paralegal duties, document management, court filings
- Trust administration, receivables, banking and facilities management

About You

- Previous office manager, legal administration or paralegal experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a professional manner




- Proficient in Microsoft Office – word etc – legal software knowledge a plus but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative and the ability to prioritise, action tasks promptly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach
