The role

We are looking for a Lifecycle and Marketing Automation Manager to drive customer engagement, increase transactions and retention for Flexischools for all customer types.

You will own strategy and execution for lifecycle marketing and automation, optimise conversion funnels to turn signups into frequent customers for all product and customer types – parents, suppliers and schools.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute the business strategy and uncover data-driven opportunities focused on sustainable growth. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across product, tech data and operations to steer prioritisation, connect and segment data and measure performance of activity.

What you'll do





- Own the lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention, with a focus on reducing churn and driving utilisation
- Build and run automated journeys across email, push, SMS and in-app, and execute campaigns end to end
- Partner with product, ops and data to build segmentation across all customer types and personalise every touchpoint
- Work with growth marketing and sales to optimise landing pages, funnels and lead nurture flows
- Be the voice of marketing in cross-functional squads, helping deliver a seamless customer experience
- Continuously A/B test messaging and journeys, experiment with growth tactics, and report on key metrics with explicit insights
- Help the Head of Growth shape the marketing tech stack, and own data integrity, deliverability and compliance
- Contribute to content strategy and execution, and stay across trends in martech, data and AI
