About the role

Integrity Industrial is seeking a Light Duty Mechanic for an immediate start with a well-established automotive business based in Welshpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mechanic looking for consistent weekday work with the potential for ongoing employment. The role is based in Welshpool, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Potential occasional Saturday work is available (8:00am - 12:30pm). This is an initial 6-week assignment with the possibility of extension or direct employment. The rate of pay is $50 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a busy workshop team

About you

- Valid WA Driver's Licence
- Current WA Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
- Proven experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
