We're working with a highly regarded Gold Coast law firm looking for a switched-on, experienced Litigation Legal Assistant / Secretary OR Paralegal to join their busy and high performing team.

This one's for the career legal support professionals - NOT STUDENTS! The organised, proactive, detail-loving people who know their way around a litigation file, enjoy being the right hand to a lawyer and take genuine pride in what they do.

The Opportunity:

You'll be joining an established, well-oiled litigation team where your experience will be valued, your contribution recognised and your career supported.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supporting lawyers across a variety of litigation matters

- Preparing court documents, correspondence and legal documentation

- Managing files, deadlines, diaries and key litigation processes

- Liaising with clients, courts and other stakeholders

- Keeping the team organised, efficient and one step ahead!

Who We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in litigation legal support is advantageous - will look at transferrable skills / areas
- A career Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Paralegal who genuinely enjoys the support side of law





- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and initiative
- A warm, skilled personality and a genuine team-player attitude

- Someone seeking a long-term career in legal support, rather than a pathway to becoming a solicitor!
