Looking for your next opportunity in food manufacturing? We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators with forklift experience to join a busy food manufacturing operation based in the Dandenong area.

These are ongoing casual positions offering consistent work, competitive hourly rates and the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidates.

About the Role:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Mixing and blending ingredients in accordance with production requirements.
- Measuring ingredients and following recipes,



procedures and work instructions.
- Operating forklifts to move raw materials, ingredients and finished products around the warehouse and production areas.
- Loading, unloading and replenishing materials as required.
- Monitoring product quality and maintaining consistent production standards.
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Lifting 15–20kg as required.
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Mixing and blending experience highly regarded.
- Experience operating production machinery or manufacturing equipment.
- A current forklift licence and previous forklift operating experience are highly regarded.
- A solid understanding of workplace safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- A reliable attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work full-time hours on an ongoing basis.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Your own reliable transport to travel to Dandenong.
