We are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic individual to provide general administrative services to our Maintenance team on a permanent part-time basis! About You The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring the following:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff
- Previous administration experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn and adapt
