Maintenance & Handy-person – Car Parks

We are a locally owned, family-operated business with three generations of parking expertise, looking for a reliable and practical maintenance team member to assist with the upkeep, presentation and setup of car parks across Adelaide.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, solving practical problems and completing jobs independently and in a team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Signage Installation – Install and maintain parking signs, brackets and posts

- Site Installation Works – Install poles, bollards, wheel-stops and other minor site infrastructure

- Minor Concrete Works – Small concrete repairs, footings and patching

- Levelling & Alignment – Accurately level, square and align posts, signage, concrete works and other installations

- Car Park Repairs – Small pothole repairs and general surface maintenance

- Basic Gardening – Weed spraying,



tree trimming and installation of above-ground pots and trees

- Hard Rubbish Removal – Collect and dispose of rubbish and unwanted materials

- Job Reporting – Provide clear before-and-after photos and confirmation of completed works

- General Site Maintenance – Assist with maintaining clean, safe and well-presented car parks

What You Need:

✅ Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

✅ Current White Card

✅ Experience and confidence using power tools

✅ Ability to accurately measure, level, square and align installations

✅ Practical maintenance or trade-related experience

✅ Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently

✅ Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship

✅ Comfortable travelling between sites across Adelaide

✅ Able to perform physical and outdoor work

Experience in property maintenance, construction, landscaping, handyman work or facilities maintenance would be highly regarded.

PriPark will provide the vehicle, tools and equipment required when undertaking on-site work.
