CareerMode is partnering with a global energy leader to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to its Australian group finance function.
With a strong and growing pipeline of renewable energy projects nationally, this is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in a business that is expanding. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
The Role
- Prepare budgets & forecasts
- Variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Prepare WIP reports, cost tracking, and project analysis
- Preparation and review of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements
- Business partnering with key operational stakeholders
- Month end processes
About You
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent), with a robust technical accounting foundation
- Ambitious and commercially minded,
with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Prior experience within energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments will be highly regarded
