This is a broad Management Accounting opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working beyond the numbers and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting and financial analysis, while providing practical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

The role will also give you exposure to financial modelling, business cases, scenario analysis and process improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing their commercial and business partnering capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and performance insights
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities across your allocated portfolio




- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial advice and support better decision-making
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to assess new initiatives and opportunities
- Improve reporting, systems and data quality while supporting broader finance and governance requirements

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified, or working towards completion
- Experience across management accounting, FP&A; or finance business partnering
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis capability
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders

$110,000 superannuation, with two days working from home each week.
