Reporting directly to the CEO you will be a key member of the executive and manage the high risk and accommodation team - responsible for ensuring the delivery of strategic and operational priorities and ensuring the delivery of quality services to the community. You will develop and support an environment of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability, whilst ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. This role is a outstanding mix of people and strategy, leadership and delivery.
