Your Long-Term Opportunity This is more than a Manager position. The Role

As a Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the firm by:

- Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax
- Providing tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
- Mentoring, coaching and developing team members
- Working closely with Partners on client matters, strategic initiatives and practice growth
- Identifying opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships
- Helping foster a positive, team-oriented, high-performance team culture

About You

- 6+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting practice

- CA qualified or near completion
- Strong technical expertise across business services and taxation
- Experience reviewing the work of junior team members and providing mentoring support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A client-focused approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience using platforms such as MYOB AE, APS, Xero, QuickBooks and related accounting software
- A desire to continue developing as a leader and contribute to the growth of a successful office
- Ambition to pursue future senior leadership or Partnership opportunities within the profession
