About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Service Provider Risk to join our Group Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract, covering a period of parental leave.

You will oversee and enhance CBUS' Service Provider Risk Framework and provide expert second-line oversight, guidance and challenge across the Fund.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and maintenance of Service Provider Risk policies, standards and frameworks.
- Provide second-line advice and guidance on service provider risk management requirements.
- Monitor compliance with service provider risk standards and framework obligations.
- Maintain material service provider registers and risk reporting.
- Support operational resilience, business continuity and critical operations activities.
- Contribute to major service provider and regulatory change initiatives, including CPS 230.
- Deliver risk education, training and stakeholder engagement activities.

About You

- Extensive experience in service provider risk, operational resilience, business continuity or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of APRA CPS 230 and contemporary risk management practices.




- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Robust analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Experience working within financial services, superannuation or regulated environments.
- Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or similar solutions.
