Since 2018, we have partnered with reputable organisations across a range of industries to deliver tailored funding solutions. As our business continues to expand, we are looking to add a high-calibre Assistant Account Manager to support our account management and client servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems

- Prepare and coordinate client communications, including interest payment notices and account updates

- Support the Account Management team by responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with new client onboarding, including documentation collection, account setup inc AML/KYC

- Help prepare financial reports, analyse data, and support client reporting requirements

- Conduct research on industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends





- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless client service

- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous

- Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts

- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (essential)

- Genuine interest in private credit and financial services
