About Loaf

Loaf Markets is the physical asset trading platform, delivering institutional-grade liquidity to the world's most ambitious physical assets.

From productive infrastructure like solar farms and data centres to the next frontier of commodities like compute and inference, we're making the physical world tradable with the speed and openness traders expect.

We believe the next evolution of finance will make the assets and resources that underpin civilisation, many of them inaccessible and high-friction today, increasingly liquid, programmable and interconnected.

We're a lean, tight-knit team with backgrounds spanning Citadel, IMC, Nasdaq, quant trading, physics and finance.

This is our first dedicated marketing and community hire. You'll work directly with the founders, help shape the identity of an entirely new trading category, and have real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

- Run campaigns from start to finish. Plan and sequence them, coordinate design, copy, partners and launch timing, then close the loop with an honest look at what worked.
- Grow the Loaf brand. Every post, partner and headline should feel unmistakably Loaf, and you'll help craft how that evolves.
- Own press. Find the angles that make journalists want to write about us, and build lasting relationships across crypto, fintech and property media.
- Build and run our KOL program. Choose voices that genuinely fit, structure the deals, and measure what each one actually drives.
- Grow and look after the Loaf community across our social channels, turning early traders into our loudest advocates.
- Own the funnel. Set up tracking, keep metrics current, report ROI by channel and campaign, and cut what isn't earning its keep.

Who you are





- A thoughtful operator. You coordinate campaigns start to finish and sweat the timing, sequencing and details others skip.
- Social native. You live and breathe social media, especially X. You instinctively understand internet culture, emerging trends and what makes content spread, and you know how to turn a moment into a conversation.
- Brave, never passive. You try new things, you don't leave outcomes to chance, and you bring solutions rather than problems, often before anyone asks.
- Fluent in DeFi and crypto-native culture.

You understand what drives trading audiences: conviction, FOMO, tribal loyalty and the speed of the timeline. You follow DeFi narratives closely, understand the technical primitives underpinning blockchain, and believe in its potential beyond the hype.

- A brand builder with taste. You've grown a brand before without letting reach cost it its identity.
- Quick with press. Ideally you bring industry connections and know the angle that gets a journalist excited enough to write the story.
- Connected with KOLs. You know who genuinely moves an audience and who's just noise, and how to work well with the ones who matter.
- Numbers-literate. You're at home with funnels and tracking, and you use metrics to prove ROI rather than guess at it.
