Next Tier Innovations (NTI) is a Sydney-based concrete remediation and repair company, part of a business portfolio.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Assistant to join us in our North Rocks office two days a week. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Content Lead to manage social media, design graphics and print material, and film and edit video across the full portfolio of brands.

What you'll do

- Manage social media accounts across several brands (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Plan, schedule and publish content using a content calendar
- Write captions and posts that suit each brand’s voice
- Track engagement and reach, and report on performance
- Reply to comments and messages, and look after community engagement
- Design social media graphics, digital ads and marketing material in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
- Lay out print and digital documents in InDesign, such as brochures, capability statements, flyers and product sheets
- Film video content in the office,



on project sites and at product shoots
- Edit short-form video (Reels, project showcases, product demos)
- Keep designs and content consistent with each brand’s guidelines

About you

- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva
- Filming experience on a camera or smartphone, including framing, lighting and audio basics
- Strong video editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar)
- Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, GoHighLevel) and platform analytics
- Positive copywriting skills and a good eye for layout and visual storytelling
- Organised and able to manage several brands at once
- Available two days a week, in the office at North Rocks
