Marketing Coordinator – Construction

Brisbane | Up to $110,000 + Super | Full-Time An established construction business is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join its Brisbane team.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and ownership. You’ll work closely with management and project teams to showcase projects, strengthen the company’s brand and coordinate marketing activities across digital, content, events and business development.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing social media across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Creating engaging content around projects, company achievements and team culture.
- Coordinating project photography, videography and marketing assets.
- Updating website content, project portfolios and company news.
- Developing project profiles, case studies, newsletters and company communications.
- Preparing capability statements, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Supporting tender submissions, EOIs and broader business development activities.
- Coordinating company events, networking functions and sponsorship activities.
- Working directly with project managers and site teams to capture project updates and content.

About You You will ideally have 2+ years of experience across marketing,



communications or a similar role , with experience in construction, property, engineering or qualified services highly regarded.

You’ll be confident creating content, managing social media and juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office is required, while exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, website management or video editing would be advantageous.

You’ll also be comfortable working closely with senior management and construction teams, including visiting sites when required to capture project content.
