ABOUT US

David Fastrack Management Pty Ltd is the management company within David Management Group (DMG), an Australian hospitality group with more than 30 locations nationwide. Our brands include David’s Hotpot, David’s Master Pot, RONG, EASTEA and GFC.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our restaurant and beverage brands through content creation, local partnerships and hands-on campaign delivery.

THE ROLE

You will work with our Australian operations team and China-based design team. The role is primarily based at Level 1, 12 Clark Street, Richmond, with restaurant visits, content shoots, events and local partnership meetings as required.

Part-time or full-time arrangements are available, with hours agreed with the successful candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, content calendars and promotional materials.
- Create English-language copy, photos and short videos for Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Build collaborations with local creators, community groups, student societies and nearby businesses.
- Work with chefs and restaurant teams to promote products and deliver in-store activities.
- Support restaurant openings and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams.
- Track campaign spending and results, and recommend improvements.

REQUIREMENTS




- Strong spoken Mandarin is essential for communication with our head office team, chefs and restaurant staff.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential for local marketing and partner communication.
- Practical marketing, social media or campaign experience, supported by work samples.
- Basic photography and video editing skills, with familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Understanding of Australian audiences, solid organisation and reliable follow-through.
- Availability for office work, restaurant visits and local activities.

Hospitality or retail experience and familiarity with Xiaohongshu are advantages. Students and graduates with relevant practical experience are welcome.

PAY

Hourly rate negotiable based on experience, meeting applicable Australian minimum pay requirements, plus superannuation and statutory entitlements.

WORK RIGHTS

Applicants must have valid Australian work rights permitting the agreed hours. Temporary visa holders must have at least 12 months remaining on their visa when employment starts.
