Sydney A&D; surfaces brand seeks Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to drive social media, website content & events.

Our client is a leading Sydney-based supplier of premium natural stone, architectural tiles, and high-end surface finishes, working closely with top-tier architects, interior designers, and commercial specifiers. They are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their team 3 days per week. Working directly alongside the Marketing & Brand Director, you will take full ownership of day-to-day marketing operations while contributing creative ideas across social media, product launches, showroom events, and website content.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for a marketing professional with a genuine passion for interior design, architecture, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the content calendar, create and schedule engaging social media content, and showcase key projects, products, and design credits.
- Upload current product ranges and project case studies to the website, format imagery, update technical specifications, and ensure content accuracy.
- Build and maintain the central image library, ensuring photography usage rights, credits, and project assets are organised and easily accessible.
- Co-ordinate imagery, launch materials, and sample requirements for new range releases in collaboration with sales and procurement teams.
- Co-ordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and collateral for showroom events and industry functions.
- Maintain marketing schedules and track deadlines to ensure routine campaigns and actions are executed smoothly.

Skills & Experience





- 2–4+ years’ experience in a marketing co-ordination role, preferably within the architecture, design, interior products, or luxury retail sectors.
- Solid track record managing social media content calendars, website maintenance, and digital asset libraries.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised multi-tasker comfortable co-ordinating schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in social scheduling platforms, basic image editing, and CMS platforms.
