About Rosendorff Diamond Jewellers

Rosendorff has been Perth's home of fine diamond jewellery since 1963. From our showroom at 92 Barrack Street in the Perth CBD, we create and sell natural diamond jewellery to clients in Australia and around the world, both in person and through our fast-growing online store.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to own and grow our marketing across every channel. You will work directly with the Managing Director, with a real say in how the business grows and a fast track to senior management for the right person.

What you will do

- Own the marketing strategy and calendar across online and showroom
- Manage and grow our Shopify Plus store, including campaigns, promotions and customer experience
- Plan and run email marketing in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows and segmentation)
- Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, directly or through contractors
- Brief and guide external content, creative and ads contractors
- Use data and analytics to decide what works, cut what does not, and report on results
- Help shape new collections, launches and brand projects.




- Help answer client calls and emails, giving every customer a warm, professional experience

What we are looking for
- - Proven experience in digital marketing for an ecommerce or retail brand
- Hands-on skills with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads and Meta advertising
- Strong with numbers and data, comfortable making decisions based on results
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through and treats the business like their own
- Jewellery experience is not required; we will teach you the industry

What we offer
- Full-time, on-site role in the Perth CBD, Monday to Friday
- Salary $90,000 to $120,000 plus a bonus package, depending on experience and results
