We're hiring a high agency marketing manager for a highly successful Property Management business based in Sydney.

The role

- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies, campaign calendars and budgets across the commercial property portfolio.
- Plan and deliver tenant engagement initiatives, networking events, wellness programs and building activations.
- Manage tenant communications, including newsletters, building updates, event invitations and service announcements.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and collateral to support leasing activity, building upgrades and asset positioning.
- Oversee digital content, website updates, property listings, email campaigns and social media activity.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and tenant engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage public relations and corporate communications, including announcements, press releases and key stakeholder messaging.
- Coordinate designers,



suppliers and external partners, ensuring quality delivery and value for money.
- Manage marketing budgets, supplier invoices, reporting and administrative requirements.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering campaign outcomes, engagement, expenditure and recommendations.

About you

- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within commercial property, real estate or a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in campaign management, events, stakeholder engagement and communications.
- The ability to be proactive rather than reactive - creating and setting an example within the marketing department.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, suppliers and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, website content management and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
