We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis and keep our established marketing function running smoothly during a parental leave period.

This role supports marketing activities across Australia, the UK, Europe, the United States and Canada, working closely with our Digital Marketing Agency, Marketing Coordinator, Business Development teams and leadership group.

This is not a strategy or brand-build role. The foundations are already in place. We're looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership, and ensure campaigns, collateral, website content and marketing activities continue to be delivered to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

✅ Managing digital marketing campaigns and agency relationships

✅ Maintaining social media activity and brand presence

✅ Supporting Business Development teams with marketing collateral and sales tools

✅ Managing and updating website content, resources and landing pages

✅ Coordinating events and exhibitions

✅ Coaching and supporting a Marketing Coordinator

✅ Reporting on campaign performance and marketing activity

About you

✔ 5+ years' B2B marketing experience

✔ Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills

✔ Experience managing agencies or external providers

✔ Website content management experience

✔ Experience supporting sales/business development teams

✔ Robust organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in and get things done

Desirable: Experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction or trade-related industries, and experience supporting multiple international markets.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to step into a well-established marketing function, work across global markets, and make an immediate impact within a collaborative and supportive team.

If you're an organised, hands-on marketer who thrives on keeping things moving and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
