We're looking for a creative, highly organised and experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to work closely with our founder across three brands: CiNCO Hair Boutique , CiNCO by Kendall , and Founder's Personal Brand.

Key responsibilities

- Manage social media strategy, content creation, editing and scheduling across all three brands

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads

- Maintain a consistent, premium and high-end brand aesthetic

- Organise regular content days, photoshoots and filming with teams

- Source, contact and coordinate UGC creators, influencers and brand collaborations

- Manage content briefs, deadlines, approvals and scheduling

- Plan and coordinate events, launches and promotional campaigns

- Support brand growth through email marketing, website content and digital campaigns

- Assist the founder with administration, scheduling, project coordination and communication with external contractors

- Monitor marketing performance, advertising results and audience growth
