The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence & Marketing team in Sydney. You'll take ownership of B2B marketing campaigns, digital content, events and sales enablement activities across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence & Marketing and teams across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing projects and delivering marketing activities that drive commercial results.

What you will do

- Campaigns: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, product launches and go-to-market activities from brief through to execution and review.
- Content and brand: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, email, websites, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Events: Coordinate industry events, trade shows, customer days and supplier marketing programmes.
- Sales support: Develop sales materials and support Salesforce campaign management, lead tracking and data quality.
- Performance: Monitor campaign results, report on key metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Management, suppliers and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for

- At least 3 years' experience in marketing, campaign delivery,



digital marketing or commercial support.
- Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills, with robust attention to detail.
- Experience across digital marketing channels and campaign performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Salesforce or other CRM experience is highly regarded.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine team-player attitude

B2B marketing experience is preferred, particularly in distribution, manufacturing, chemicals or related industries. Based in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, a short walk from the B-Line bus station and Westfield Warringah Mall, this is a part-time contract position with three days per week in the office.
