The Role

As Media Director at 303 Mediahub, you will lead strategic media thinking, client leadership and delivery excellence across a portfolio of the agency’s most important local, national and international clients.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape communication approaches, solve complex business challenges and bring a high-performance, outcomes-focused mindset to every engagement.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will lead a team of Media Planners, take ownership of annual planning, media strategies, integration across creative and media and senior client relationships.



You’ll bring robust expertise across digital, social and performance media, alongside deep capability in offline channels including TV, audio, outdoor and print.

About You

- 8+ years experience in media strategy, planning, investment and senior client management within an agency environment.
- A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset someone who deeply understands clients’ businesses and adds value at the highest level.
- Strong understanding of online and offline media planning, channel strategy and communication frameworks.
- Confident working with research tools, audience data and insight platforms to inform strategic recommendations.
- Highly organised, with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects and maintain quality under pressure.
- Passionate about elevating the craft of media, pushing for innovation and championing effectiveness.
