Quantum Medical Imaging is seeking a motivated and personable Medical Liaison & Relationship Manager to join our growing team across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region.

This is a people-focused, field-based role centred around building strong relationships with local GPs, specialists and healthcare referrers, while identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

No previous radiology experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Our Sunshine Coast and Gympie network includes clinics located in:

- Noosa
- Tewantin
- Coolum Beach
- Nambour
- Gympie

About the Role

This position is primarily focused on relationship management, doctor meetings, sales and business development. You will represent Quantum Medical Imaging within the local medical community, regularly visiting GP practices, specialists and other healthcare providers to promote our services,



strengthen existing relationships and develop new referral opportunities.

You will manage your own territory and work closely with our management and clinic teams to support continued business growth.

Regular travel across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region is required. A car allowance will be provided on top of your base salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with GPs, specialists and healthcare referrers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing practices.
- Identify and engage recent referrers to develop business opportunities.
- Promote our diagnostic imaging services and communicate clinic updates.
- Manage your own schedule of practice visits and follow-ups.
- Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain records of meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Represent Quantum Medical Imaging at networking events and relevant industry meetings.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, outgoing and enjoys meeting current people.
- Comfortable in a sales and relationship-focused role.
- An excellent communicator who can build rapport easily.
- Proactive, organised and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule.
- Professional,



approachable and results-driven.

You will also require:

- A current driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region.

Ideal Background (Preferred but Not Essential)

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Sales, business development or account management.
- Medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Customer service or relationship management.
- Marketing or professional client engagement.

Previous medical or radiology experience is not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person who has strong people skills and a genuine interest in relationship management and business development.
